Raïssa is particularly involved in legal issues relating to real estate transactions, corporate real estate, leasing, property development, construction, asset management and co-ownership matters. She advises French and overseas-based
property companies, particularly in the Middle East and Gulf countries, including investment funds, private and semi-public operators, as well as developers, private owners, architects and asset managers. on investing in and developing the full range of real estate projects. Her activity encompasses all type of real estate assets including residential, offices, industrial assets, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels, etc.                                                           

Raïssa undertook a dual bachelor education in Business Law and Management at the Paris Dauphine University. She also graduated with a Master 2 in Real Estate and Construction Law from the Pantheon-Assas University. She is fluent in French and English.
